The UP-15 is a TRUE bolt action AR rifle with a 3-lug bolt and a 60° throw. Both the upper and lower are machined from 6061 billet aluminum.
The flat top upper is mated to a Preferred barrels 416R stainless barrel, providing extreme precision with an easy break-in and clean up.
Our precision machined lower, features an oversized trigger guard with weight reducing cut-outs, and a flared magwell with a serrated barricade machined into it.
Completing the lower, is the Uintah Precision “Vitrum” trigger, Magpul K2+ grip and PRS Lite buttstock.
The Uintah Precision trigger is a 3lbs, single stage trigger that offers no take-up with a clean and crisp break. The K2+ provides a comfortable, ergonomic grip and the PRS stock offers an adjustable cheek riser and length of pull.
UP-15 rifles come with (1) 10 round magazine and ship in a Savior Range bag. Full size rifles will come in Savior Specialist “LRP” bag. Pistol Length firearms will ship in Grey Savior “Covert” bag.
Our billet, mil-spec lower will accept any mil-spec semi auto upper as well. So you can potentially have two platforms, using one lower.

We build our complete rifles with our UP “Vitrum” trigger. If you choose to utilize a trigger other than the provided UP Vitrum trigger, or other Uintah Precision trigger offerings (“Victoris”, “Vendetta”), we cannot guarantee safety or compatibility. However, below is a list of triggers that we have tested that are known to be ‘compatible or non-compatible’. If you have questions about a trigger, please contact us. Our Vitrum trigger is compatible with semi auto ARs as well.

First, I was looking for a 6mmARC
in a bolt rifle. After reading about the UP-15 I was sold and talking to Jason at Unitah sealed the deal. This rifle ticked off all eleven of my requirements for this build. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Results: very accurate from my initial results.
After measuring groups the 103 hunter appears to be the tightest. Hopefully I will be able to resume testing and thus far I am highly impressed with the quality, performance and attention to detail.

I have a bolt action upper in 6mmARC. Put it on a lower I had laying around. This is a great shooting bolt gun. It especially likes factory Hornaday 103 ELD-X. Can be covered with a nickel. Have yet to start reloading but expect even smaller groups. I have seen other bolt guns that shoot well but they are in the $4-5K range. You won’t be disappointed in this from Uintah Precision. It looks good and shoots good.

I received the AMEND2 magazines in 6.5 Grendel. Loaded them with 6mm ARC and they work. I gave 3 different brands of metal magazines that don’t. Have to tweak the lips and etc. The rounds would nose dive and jam. The AMEND2 work great. Thank you
