Uintah Precision warrants all receiver assemblies we produce to be free of defects in workmanship and/or materials for the life of the receiver, bolt, and barrel extension nut. We guarantee each receiver assembly is capable of shooting a sub-MOA 3 shot group at 100 yards with quality match grade ammunition.
If within the first 30 days you’re not fully satisfied with workmanship or accuracy, return the receiver assembly and we will perform a thorough inspection of the receiver assembly. We will correct any found defect to your satisfaction and if necessary, replace the receiver assembly, or refund the purchase price. Work performed on the receiver assembly for any reason(s) done by any other than Uintah Precision voids all warranties.
Shipment Processing Time
Due to current order volume, lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks for orders. Orders are being assembled ( and then tested and boxed ) as they are received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders $500 and under are a flat $15. Orders over $500 are a flat $25. All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged actual UPS freight charges. No International Shipping.
Method of Shipment
Shipment of Uppers will be via UPS Ground. Small items may be packed in with Upper orders. Small items ordered separately will ship via USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number (s).
Uintah Precision is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all original packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, and without modification. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You must have received an RMA (Return Materials Authorization).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds on CUSTOM orders will incur a $200 fee, as each custom barrel is a one off, made to order.
Shipping on Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
